QUARTZ Restaurant at Quoin Rock offers relaxed fine-dining rooted in the Simonsberg terroir.
Dishes are inspired by South African flavours and meticulously crafted to international standards, complementing the estate's award-winning wines, a philosophy of building the food around the wine.
Named for the quartz in the unique Stellenbosch soil, QUARTZ invites you to taste the mountain's influence in every plate.

RESTAURANT
POLICIES
DEPOSIT
To avoid disappointment, we secure your booking with a per head deposit. Payable at time of reservation, via a secure third party channel.
Your deposit will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your reservation.
Kindly note, this is a non-refundable nor transferable amount if you miss your reservation.
CANCELLATION
If any of your reservation plans change, kindly inform us 24 hours in advance for a full deposit refund.
We allow a 30 minute grace period per the time of booking. If there has been no notice, the reservation becomes null and void.
CHILDREN
As a fine-dining restaurant, QUARTZ welcomes children 12 years or older within the establishment.
As an alternative, we offer our bespoke Outdoor Experience.
PHOTOGRAPHER
If guests would like to bring a photographer to their QUARTZ experience, they will need to notify the restaurant at least 24 Hours in advance.
A photography fee of R2500 will also be charged.
Pictures can only be taken outside of the premises. No pictures or video are permitted inside the restaurant to consider other guests & their experience.
DRESS CODE
At Quoin Rock Wine Estate and QUARTZ Restaurant, we strive to create an elegant and sophisticated experience. We kindly ask our guests to adhere to our Smart Elegant dress code. To maintain the ambiance of our estate, we request that guests refrain from wearing revealing clothing, flip-flops, and shorts.
